Backyard Brewing

The next batch of homebrew is on it's way. This is the process of boiling the wort for fermentation. This time we have a Trappist style Belgium, an apricot hefeweizen, and a porter. All are a bit more complex than the last batch, which consisted of amber ale, pale ale, and a wheat beer/hefeweizen. Now we just need a name for ourselves.
